Data Processing and Confidentiality

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This page explains topics to address when a Dotexe project involves personal data or confidential business information. It is an overview, not a data processing agreement (DPA), non-disclosure agreement (NDA), security certification, or promise of specific controls.

Website enquiries Information submitted through website forms is processed so Dotexe can respond to the enquiry or administer a requested newsletter subscription. Please do not submit customer datasets, credentials, special-category personal data, or confidential project material through a public form.

See the Privacy Policy for the types of information collected through this website.

Project data and roles Before a project involving personal data begins, the parties should identify what data will be involved, each party’s role, the permitted purposes and instructions, access needs, service providers, any cross-border considerations, and applicable legal requirements. The project agreement and, where appropriate, a separate DPA should record the agreed arrangements.

Confidential information For agency and client engagements, confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures, information handling, access, and return or deletion expectations should be agreed in writing. An NDA or confidentiality clause should be in place before sharing sensitive information that requires contractual protection.

Security and incident handling Project-specific security requirements, access controls, approved environments, backup responsibilities, incident contacts, and notification processes should be assessed and documented before work starts. Do not infer a particular certification, security control, or incident-response time from this overview.

Discussing project requirements Contact support@dotexe.in to discuss a DPA, NDA, or project data requirements. Please describe the type of requirement without sending actual sensitive data in your initial enquiry.

Have qualified privacy and legal professionals review and execute any DPA, NDA, or project-specific data terms. The applicable agreement, law, and verified operational controls govern each engagement.
